My wife and I were attracted to Winterset Park when we realized that Park was more than just a part of the community name since the development was truly like an urban park with an emphasis on trees, natural vegetation, walking trails, attractive street islands and butterfly gardens.
Being active adults we soon got involved in golf tournaments, tennis, horseshoes and using the swimming pools. Friendly neighbors and outstanding schools complete the package for us.

I love living in Winterset because there is always something to do and someone to do it with. We play tennis, swim, play basketball. We even have whiffle ball tournaments. Winterset is a great place to live if you’re a kid.

“Coming from Brookside, we liked the idea of a traditional neighborhood – old fashioned style with the garage in back – and the school system. My mom will live in the carriage house above our garage and will be able to walk to school with our son”.
